Dear AP Students:
The upcoming week is our spring break week, so there will be no new work for you to tackle this week, per your vote. However, pay attention to this site. Starting the week of April 13, we will be back to regular learning under these most irregular times. Also, you should be watching the daily YouTube videos posted by the college board. They continue next week, and the argumentative essay is the topic of the week.
Stay safe!
Ms. Ryntz

Dear AP U.S. Government & Politics Students:
During this state-mandated school closure, please follow the course syllabus. As we discussed on March 13, until we know what the College Board is going to do with the dates for AP testing, we need to proceed as if the exams will be administered as currently scheduled. Therefore, it is essential that you keep up with your reading. Had we been in school on March 16, 2020, we would be on Class 30 (the start of Chapter 9).
Remember, you need to complete the reading for Chapter 10 on the media, and we will not be covering that material in class beyond any questions you may have. Also recall that it was my intent to hold "Spring Break Fun" sessions during spring break. It does not look like that will be possible at this time. Given that we are a semesterized course, those three Spring Break Fun sessions were important to being prepared for the May exam. Check back here for updates and additional information as events unfold.
Use the Study Guides that I gave you on March 13 to guide your studies. If you have any questions, please contact me through my school email.
Stay safe.
